Business Development
 Aim
Every business changes. Any change is development. Our aim is to help clients identify their goals, both business and personal, develop effective strategies to achieve those goals and to work with the client to ensure they act on their plans.
We will not provide all of the business development advice ourselves, as we do not have the level of skills or training in some areas. We work with ‘partner businesses’ that do carry the skills necessary to provide the required service to our client.
Developing a plan
Identifying our clients goals and aims
Assisting clients in planning to achieve those goals and aims through the development of effective strategies
Providing follow up advice and support to ensure plans are acted on
The above may, amongst other things, involve:
- Profit maximisation advice
- Business management advice
- Business marketing, promotion and development
- Staff development advice and coaching
- Planning for and achievement of what our clients want out of life
- Training
Solution identification
We will not be able to provide solutions in every case but we will know someone who can.
