Our Fees
Our charging policy
We can operate on all types of charging structures but ultimately our charges are based on the time taken and the level of staff required to carry out the work undertaken.
All initial meetings are free of charge and no obligation is implied in either direction. Once appointed we will then charge within our normal charging regime.
We make no charge for any incidental phone calls or e-mails to remove any fear factor on charges.
We are happy to provide estimates for the following:
- Fixed price work
- Fixed price telephone call service
In both of these cases, the work covered is specified and additional work is charged either on a time taken or revised fixed price basis. Fixed price work is reviewed at least annually and the telephone call service is reviewed at least every 6 months.
We raise invoices on either a monthly, 2 monthly or quarterly basis as agreed with our clients assuming work has been carried out in the period. This ensures that our clients know exactly where they stand in respect of our fees at any point in time.
We operate a 14-day payment period unless the fees are covered by a standing order arrangement. To help us run an efficient business we do ask that clients respect our terms. We offer payment by instalments if preferred but we ask that payments start in advance of work being undertaken.
