HR Administrator - Part Time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including updating vacancies on job boards and company website and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for HR records.
  • Input and update employee information in HR databases.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in organising social events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and principles.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Typing/minute taking experience is desirable, but not essential.

Salary: From £28,000 pro rata

Hours: Flexible between 15-30 per week
