Marketing Administrator - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content.
  • Manage and organize marketing files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
  • Liaise with suppliers and 3rd parties.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and campaigns, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and managing supplies.
  • Effective communication with the senior leadership team around marketing content and direction.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing content, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and providing basic analytics.
  • Regularly maintain and update company websites.
  • Work collaboratively across the firm to be able to provide new content for company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members as needed.

Salary: From £28,000 Pro-Rata

Part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of marketing campaigns and events.
