Marketing Administrator - Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content.
- Manage and organize marketing files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
- Liaise with suppliers and 3rd parties.
- Coordinate logistics for events and campaigns, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and managing supplies.
- Effective communication with the senior leadership team around marketing content and direction.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing content, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and providing basic analytics.
- Regularly maintain and update company websites.
- Work collaboratively across the firm to be able to provide new content for company website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members as needed.

Salary: From £28,000 Pro-Rata
Part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of marketing campaigns and events.
