Everyone wants to get paid fairly for what they do. That's why we carefully consider our pay levels and carry out reviews each year. In addition to our annual salary reviews, our trainees also receive a secondary review each year. As well as your competitive salary, you will also receive the following benefits:
Pension and Life Cover
We want to help you feel secure and be in a position to make plans about your future, so we offer you an auto-enrolment Pension arrangement. We also pay contributions into your pension scheme.
We also have a life cover scheme, which will provide a death-in-service lump sum payment of 3 times your gross salary. This is at no cost to you.
We value our time away from work as an important part of work-life balance. Moore Scarrott’s holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 20 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on role, increasing up to 25 days (plus bank holidays). After the first five years, the allowance increases by 1 additional day per year up to the 10th year to reward our colleagues for long service. There is also a flexible option to buy up to five additional days, helping everyone to achieve the right balance.
